Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Order Cancellation Policy

Defects and Exchanges does not accept returns on any open products. There are no exceptions. All items are tested for functionality prior to their shipment, if you would prefer that we not test your product please inform us in advance.. If you see a manufacturing defect prior to opening your package, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will make sure your product is exchanged.

If it is determined that the returned product that the package has been opened, we will not exchange the product.


If you decide to return your unopened product for any reason other than manufacturing defect, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving your package.

All returned items will be subject to their applicable restocking fee. This is on a per item basis, not on a per order basis.

Please note: If you return your item without notice a refund will not be issued, shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to approval by Lockerroom Marketing. All returns will be processed within a week of the item being received at the office.


If you decide that you would like to cancel your order prior to its shipment there is a $5.00 flat rate fee. This is because of costs associated with pulling your item and returning it to stock, and refunding your item.

Cancelling an order after it has been shipped is considered a return and will be treated accordingly.

If you have ordered a currently out of stock or back ordered, or we cannot ship it within out guaranteed shipment time (5 days), you may cancel your order with no charge.
